You've probably spent months (or years) thinking about your brand before landing here. Below you'll find answers to the questions we hear most often from business owners who are considering a brand or website transformation with White Ink Creative.
Like many of my clients, I started in corporate — honing my design skills on big-name brands you'd recognise — but eventually felt like just a number. I founded White Ink Creative to bring back what corporate so often lacks: the human element. With over 12 years of experience, 300+ brands transformed, and recognition as an official Showit Design Partner, I combine strategic thinking with refined design to create brands that feel elevated, intentional, and built for growth. But the biggest difference is that when you work with me, you get me — not a team's slice of attention, but a partner who truly listens, cares, and puts you at the heart of the process. Where there's connection, growth follows.
I primarily work with established service-based businesses ready to elevate their brand presence, and new business owners who want to get it right the first time. Many of my clients are interior designers, architects, wellness practitioners, legal professionals, consultants, coaches, and other premium service providers who value thoughtful design and an exceptional client experience — visionary, women-led businesses ready for their brand to finally reflect the level of work they're already doing.
Absolutely. Whether you're launching something new or rebranding an established business, I'll meet you where you are. What matters most isn't how long you've been in business — it's your commitment to building a strong foundation for growth, and your readiness to invest in getting it right.
My work is known for being elegant, refined and strategically led, but I don't force every project into the same aesthetic. I design around your vision, your audience and your goals — so while you can expect a certain level of polish from working with me, the result will always feel uniquely yours, never a copy of my portfolio.
I only take on a limited number of clients each year, because when you work with me, you're getting my full attention — not a fraction of it. Most projects are booked several weeks or months in advance, so if you have a specific launch date in mind, I'd recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your preferred timeline. A Clarity Call is the best way to find out what's currently available.
Your Brand Design Experience includes a Brand Strategy Brief, a Primary, Secondary and Submark logo suite, a brand colour palette and typography system, and a Mini Brand Style Guide to keep everything consistent as you grow. Every decision is made with intention, so your business can communicate with clarity and confidence.
Brand strategy can mean different things depending on who you ask. At White Ink Creative, it's the foundational work that happens before any visual design begins — designed to uncover the heart of your business, so every design decision is rooted in purpose rather than preference.
Once your project is booked, you'll receive a Brand Strategy Brief to complete before kickoff. This helps me understand your business, goals, audience, industry and long-term vision — exploring your ideal client, competitors, brand personality, positioning, messaging, values and the overall perception you want your brand to create.
This strategic groundwork means your visual identity doesn't just look beautiful — it resonates with the people you're trying to reach, and gives you far greater clarity in how you communicate your business moving forward. Everything we uncover is documented within your Brand Style Guide, giving you a clear roadmap for a consistent, cohesive brand experience.
You'll receive 2 logo concepts to choose from. Because so much of your story and strategy is uncovered before we ever reach design, most clients feel an immediate pull toward one — and from there, we refine it together until it's unmistakably yours.
Your project includes 2 rounds of revisions on your chosen concept, intended for refining and perfecting the direction rather than exploring entirely new concepts. Because the process is rooted in strategy and discovery from day one, most clients need only minor refinements to arrive at a final result they love. Should additional revisions be needed beyond those included, they can be accommodated at my current hourly rate, quoted before any extra work begins.
Rather than relying on a single logo, you'll receive a cohesive suite of assets that give you flexibility across your website, social media, print materials and more:
Every Brand Design Experience includes all three — a complete, considered logo suite ready to confidently represent your brand across every platform.
You'll receive AI, EPS, JPG and PNG file formats, supplied in full colour and black & white — everything you need for both print and digital use, alongside your Brand Style Guide so you can maintain consistency as your business grows.
Your Brand Style Guide is designed to help you implement your new brand with confidence and consistency. Inside, you'll find your brand strategy foundations, logo suite and usage guidelines, colour palette and colour codes, typography and font links, and guidance on how to use your brand assets across every platform and touchpoint.
Think of it as the blueprint for your brand — whether you're creating content, briefing a printer, onboarding a team member, or working with another designer down the track, your guide ensures everyone works from the same strategic and visual foundation. Consistency is one of the most important factors in building a recognisable, trusted brand, and this is what keeps yours cohesive as it evolves.
Showit gives you complete creative freedom without sacrificing ease of use. It allows me to build highly custom websites, unique to your brand, while giving you the confidence to make updates yourself after launch — no developer required.
Yes — your website copy should be finalised, or well underway, before the design phase begins, so I can build around your real words rather than placeholder text. If you don't have a copywriter, I love working alongside Ochre & Beige, and I'm always happy to make the introduction.
Absolutely. Every website is carefully designed and optimised for desktop, tablet and mobile — separately, not just automatically resized — to ensure a seamless experience for your visitors on every device.
Every website includes foundational SEO to give your site the best possible start — page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image optimisation guidance and on-page best practices. What I don't offer is advanced SEO — keyword research, content strategy, backlink building or ongoing optimisation. If you're after a more comprehensive SEO strategy, I recommend Taylor from Aligned SEO, and I'm always happy to make the introduction.
Yes. One of the reasons I love Showit is how user-friendly it is. You'll receive training resources and support so you can confidently manage your own website moving forward.
Every project follows a considered process, designed to uncover the heart of your business and translate it into a brand that feels aligned, memorable, and unmistakably yours.
The Brand Design Experience runs 2–4 weeks from start to delivery. Adding the Custom Showit Website brings a further 8–12 weeks on top. I move with intention, not haste — every week is building toward a brand you'll be proud to stand behind for years, not months.
Book brand and website together and I'll gift you a complimentary Business Card and Email Signature Design, so every touchpoint feels considered from day one. Every project is quoted around your specific goals, so following your enquiry, a Clarity Call is the best way to find the right fit and an accurate proposal.
Yes. A booking fee secures your project and reserves your start date in my calendar, keeping the momentum going from the outset. The remaining balance is paid via your selected payment plan, with every date clearly outlined in your invoice schedule.
Your brand is often the first impression a potential client has of your business. My clients consistently tell me their new brand changed how they show up, how they price, and how their ideal clients respond to them — record months, real growth, and the confidence to finally claim the space they've already earned. Strategic branding builds trust, elevates perceived value, and positions you for higher-quality opportunities long before a sales conversation even begins.
You'd rather DIY it yourself than hand the vision to an expert
You have a vision — you just need an expert to bring it to life
You're comparing on price rather than looking for the right partner
You're genuinely excited to invest in yourself — you've been waiting for this
You want a say in every micro-decision along the way
You want the full-service experience, without needing to micromanage
You're not quite ready to invest in yourself and your business yet
You respect creative expertise, and you're decisive once you find the right fit
You'd rather replicate a trend than build something that lasts
You're positioned in a luxury market, and your brand needs to catch up
You tend to second-guess every decision
You want every touchpoint — website, socials, print — cohesive
